2. Rates

The applicable rates for 2024 can be consulted in the documents included. High season and off-season periods are defined as follows:

• High season: from Saturday to Saturday
• Off-season: minimum 3 nights

3. Arrivals and departures

• Arrival: between 4pm and 8pm
• Departure: before 10 am

4. Additional options 

In collaboration with our partners, we offer a wide range of options to meet your requirements. Quotations and conditions for these options are available on request.

Terms of payment

5. Deposit and payment

• A deposit of 50% of the total amount and the signature of a rental contract are required at the time of booking.
• The balance of the total amount, together with a deposit of EUR 1,500 (maison de maître), EUR 1,200 (maison eclusière), EUR 500 (maison du chasseur or maison du gardien) must be paid by bank transfer 30 days before arrival.

6. Tourist tax

A tourist tax is applicable from the age of 18. This tax must be paid on arrival.

7. Additional services

Additional services, such as breakfast delivery, must be paid for immediately with the property manager.

8. Intermediate cleaning

An interim cleaning service is available at a cost of EUR 250, upon request prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy

9. Cancellation policy

• Cancellation 6 weeks or more before the arrival date: full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellation between 6 weeks and 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• 30 days before arrival date: balance and security deposit of EUR 1500 (maison de maître), EUR 1200 (maison eclusière), EUR 500 (maison du chasseur or maison du gardien) are required.

10. Deposit

The deposit will be refunded no later than 2 weeks after departure, provided that no damage has been caused. In the event of damage, this will be reimbursed in full at new value and deducted from the deposit.

11. Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out additional cancellation and/or travel insurance.
